- The Immersion Signature 4-Hour Self-Guided Session
- The TCO Showroom Experience: The Cochran Oriental is a curated sanctuary and permanent showroom for TCO Teas and the UENDURE® lifestyle. The space is an immersive brand exhibit where the tea collection remains the centerpiece of your professional visit.
- The UENDURE® Tea Wall Discovery: Your session includes sensory access to our iconic tea wall. These varieties are available for olfactory study (smelling) and brand discovery, offering a comprehensive look at our 140+ teas.
- Curated Tasting Station: To facilitate your brand study, we provide four pre-selected signature teas at a dedicated station for brewing and consumption during your time in the bungalow.
- Self-Service Tea Provisions: Each session is fully stocked with hot water, cups, and condiments, allowing for an autonomous and seamless brand experience.
- Private Brand Discovery: While the primary focus is the tea study, guests are welcome to commemorate their visit or conduct personal brand sessions. Outside refreshments are permitted for consumption during your study. Minimal session styling is permitted but must be pre-approved to ensure the showroom’s professional aesthetic and tranquil volume are maintained.
- Private & Unassisted: To ensure total privacy, this is a self-led session. The bungalow is prepared for your arrival with your tea station ready and printed study instructions available so you can explore the brand independently.
- Volume & Sound: To preserve the showroom’s professional environment, amplified music, DJs, and professional sound systems are strictly prohibited. Guests may utilize personal ambient audio at a conversational volume only. All sessions conclude by 9:00 PM.
- Logistics & Arrival: To ensure a smooth arrival, the on-site driveway accommodates up to six vehicles. To maintain the residential character of the area, guests are requested to utilize the driveway as the primary parking option.
