Pu'er Tea
Pu’er is a special variety of fermented tea that is typically produced in China’s Yunnan Province. It is produced from leaves from a local species known as the “wild old tree.” Pu’er, in general, can have a variety of flavors, including sweet, bitter, flowery, mellow, woody, astringent, sour, earthy, watery, and even tasteless. Many flavors come together in a single steeping.
