Oolong Tea
Oolong is a traditional Chinese tea that is semi-oxidized and created from the Camellia sinensis tea plant. It is produced through a process that includes withering the plant in direct sunlight, oxidation, and curling and twisting. There is no single flavor associated with oolong tea; instead, the flavor varies with different oolong tea varieties and is undoubtedly influenced by the degree of oxidation.
