UENDURE® Tea Wall Experience

You can encounter the world of tea unlike anywhere else on earth when staying at The Cochran Oriental. With the purchase of a Tea Tasting Passport, you can smell, compare, and taste 140 different kinds of teas at your own pace and leisure, including traditional varieties like Taiwanese oolongs or delicious contemporary black tea blends with mouthwatering names such as our Blue Berries on Sharon or New England Cranberry Cream black teas. On top of that, the exotic Kenyan purple tea is not widely available in American tea shops, despite its growing popularity; but don’t you worry, we have it! Furthermore, due to the fact that different cultures have different ways of making tea, you can also experiment with various tea brewing methods and techniques utilizing the many accessories we have supplied. Finally, our Tea Library, which has more than 30 works on the topic, is open to anyone who wants further information about tea, including its history, how to cook with it, its health advantages, and so forth.

Robin Boykin, owner of UENDURE® Tea Co., is also available for a tea talk covering the fundamentals of tea and her own personal tea journey, which began many years ago when she discovered herbal teas to aid in the treatment of a medical condition. Please contact us for more information on how to have Robin speak during your stay, which is a paid-for engagement.

All visitors must purchase an Individual Passport for themselves to sample and drink tea. If you didn’t purchase a passport for yourself, then you and your visitors can purchase tea by the cup or pot. This does include children.

Anyone without a passport can purchase tea by the cup or pot.
