Event Deposit

This deposit serves as both a reservation deposit and a security deposit and fully refundable if the following conditions are met:

1. The reservation is paid in full or cancelled within one week of the event date.
2. Snack menu incidentals are paid in full.
3. The property was returned in its original state with no damages.
4. All event related trash removed from the property.
